I had arranged an appointment with Miss Charlotte Fleming to get some expert advice about ongoing concerns with my IUS and menopause transition. Having been to my GP a number of times, I really wanted to talk to an experienced professional in the field. I cannot begin to explain how helpful the consultation was, I was able to air my concerns and I felt I was truly listened to for the first time. I came away much less concerned and armed with the information I need to make an informed choice. I also received some very useful contacts and was directed to various websites that have been very useful.
